Shipping & Returns

Returns/Exchanges

We offer in-store credit through our exchange program. Items must be in their original condition; i.e., unworn, unwashed, un-altered, free of marks and makeup stains, free of animal hair, perfume and deodorants or other scents, with tags still attached (if applicable). After 24 hours we do not cancel items/orders because they're going through processing.

 The most common reason for a return is an item not fitting. As a result, we accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item. Your package must be post-marked and sent back to us within 7 days from the original delivery confirmation date.

 Please submit a return request to us at hazelavecustomerservice@gmail.com to get approval. Once you've received your approval, please mail your item back as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any shipping costs or refunds unless the item is damaged by the manufacturer. If your item looks worn or has any odors or smells, we will not be able to accept the return. We suggest you purchase delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for any items that may be lost in transit. 

Once we receive your item(s), they will be inspected and processed within 3-4 business days. You will be emailed a code as in-store credit for the returned items.

Please read under all our items' descriptions for estimated shipping as we can not give full refund if customer is unaware of shipping time. If it does not state estimated shipping under the item's description then please look below for delivery time. 

 Please note:

  • We cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returned items may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

  • Discounted items are final sale. 

 

 

 DELIVERY:

All orders take at least 1 day to process. Then all orders (unless otherwise stated) are shipped via USPS or Fed Ex Standard Shipping, which will take about 3-5 business days. 

BOGO SHIPPING: We have this sale once a year and shipping is 2 weeks due to high demand. It could be sooner and you’ll receive an email with tracking number once it’s been shipped. 

During Off Season: (September 1st-May 31st) estimated shipping is 12-20 business days on all Swimwear unless otherwise stated under item description.

All Children Items are shipped 12-20 business days unless otherwise stated under item description.

All Children's Swimwear is pre order and will be shipped in 2-4 weeks. 

Upgraded shipping times are available upon request. Items that are placed on back order will be stated at the time of check out. Back ordered items may take up to an additional 30 business days for delivery.

 

PRE-ORDER ITEM: This item is currently available for pre-order. Pre-ordered items will ship with in 7-14 business days unless otherwise noted.

BACK ORDERED ITEM: This item is currently back ordered and will ship with in 3-4 days of the estimated ship by date noted on the item. If there is no date noted on the item than the item will ship with in 30 business days.

12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS: These items will have shipping times in each description because every item will varify. If it does not show shipping time then it can take up to 30 business days to get here due to high demand of orders.
